   Please join Northpointe Crossing Homeowners Association Board of Directors for an Open Session Board Meeting on 5/23/2024 at 6:00 P.M. at Pin Oaks Christian Fellowship located at 2620 CR 1106, Anna, TX 75409. The purpose of this meeting is to conduct a review of the most recent completed financials as well as discussion on old and new business of the Association.

• Closure of Pool for the 2024 Season

• 2024 Annual Assessment Increase

  We are writing to inform you about an upcoming change in our assessment structure for the year 2024. After careful consideration and analysis of our financial standing, operational costs, and future investments, we have determined that a 20% increase in assessments is necessary to maintain the high standards of service and support that Northpointe Crossing Homeowners' Association (NPCHA) is committed to providing. • Inspection Reminder

  Please be reminded that the management company is scheduled 2 times each month to drive the community and inspect lots. We appreciate every homeowner that has already taken the time to cure any notices that have been sent out in recent weeks/months.
