  • Did You Know?

    Published: October 06, 2022

Did you know if you are the official deed holder/home owner of your lot, it is your responsibility to contact the management office and let us know you live off site and list your mailing address and tenant info with us. We have found that many owners in Northpointe Crossing have moved out of their home or never lived on site and rent out to tenants. In doing so, all HOA communications are being sent to the address on file, which more than likely the renters are receiving and discarding or not realizing it needs to be returned or sent to homeowners. This includes assessment statements, community newsletters, violation notices, and much more. This info is also needed to best list the absentee owners for the HOA for correct record upkeep for the community. Click Full Story for more information.

  • Two Tree Requirement/ Tree Variance Request

    Published: July 29, 2022

The Northpointe Crossing Board of directors and Northpointe Crossing Architectural Control Committee have been made aware of a few homes being cited for the lack of two trees within their front yard. This is a requirement listed within Section 3.8.a of the CCR governing documents. HOA legal counsel has confirmed that homes within the community are not considered “grandfathered.” As fellow neighbors, we understand this requirement may place an unnecessary burden on homeowners and would like to provide a solution. The best way forward is to perform a case-by-case review of each property's situation by having homeowners submit an NPC Tree Variance Form. The submission of this variance request does not guarantee approval as each home's situation may vary. Additionally, if you have received approval to remove a tree from the front yard through the ACC submission process in the past, this would be accepted in place of this variance.
